I am financing somewhere other than Luxor cars. What do I need to provide?

If you already have financing through your bank or an outside lender, you will need to provide a voucher, check or other proof of financing. We’ll help you with that process.

Do Luxor cars offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing through several finance sources.

What do I need to see in my car?

Requirements can vary from state to state, but there are a few items you’ll need no matter where you are:

• Your car’s title or payoff information. All titleholders should be present.
• Valid and current registrations
• Valid state-issued photo ID for all title holders. All keys and remotes.

• Please note that you don’t need these things to get an offer for your car, but if you think you plan to sell when you get your offer, you should come prepared with these items.

How do you determine my offer?

We review current market conditions as well as your car’s specific year, make, model, mileage, and vehicle history report. We examine your car’s condition inside and out for major defects like frame or flood damage. We also test drive your car and check to see if the brakes and turn signals are working (among other things). If repairs are needed, we may adjust our offer accordingly. In regards to cleanliness, the long-term maintenance and care of your car is what’s most important in determining our appraisal offer.

What do I do after getting an online offer?

If you want to redeem your offer and sell your car to Luxor cars, you have a few days from the day the offer is made. You can either make an appointment or simply bring the car to us anytime we’re open. We’ll verify your car’s condition, finalize your offer, and you’ll be able to leave with payment in hand.

Do I have to get my offer online?

No, you’re always welcome to bring your car to the Luxor cars store for an in-store appraisal. To get an in-store appraisal, you can either make an appointment or simply stop by whenever it’s convenient for you.

What Are the Parameters by Which You Evaluate a Purchase of a Car, Which You Offer for Sale?

We dig deep into every car’s history to rule out any car which comes with an accidental record, meter tampering, litigation case on car, criminal history of owner, etc. It also goes under 151 checkpoints as per the procurement process. What do I need to sell my car?

Requirements can vary from state to state, but there are a few items you’ll need no matter where you are:

How do I find a genuine car?

Things we check before buying a used car –

We check the car’s condition like the interior, Exterior, Framing,

tyres, engine, mileage, 

we check the registration certificate.

While buying a second-hand car, the old car insurance needs to be transferred 

to the new owner’s name.

Do I have to have insurance if I buy a car?

Yes. All customers must show proof of insurance when buying a car. You will either need to provide evidence of existing coverage or a VIN-specific binder. A binder is temporary insurance provided by an insurance company that covers you while your new policy is being created and issued.

What kind of documentation do I need to buy a car?

Documentation varies by customer depending on the payment method, and most documentation is requested in support of a finance offer or trade-in offer. To complete your transaction, you may be required to provide any or all of the following:

• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of insurance (required for all vehicle sales)
• Proof of income
• Proof of residence
• Address variance (when the address on a credit application is different from the address on the credit report)
• Proof of phone: Documentation not listed above may also be required, and your specific documentation requirements will be detailed for you.

Do I Need to Make an Appointment to Check Out Cars at The Luxor Cars?

You never need an appointment to check out cars at Luxor Cars. Feel free to visit our showroom and have a cup of coffee with us. Enjoy the luxury fleet and feel at home.

Does Luxor Cars Offer Cars for Lease?

We at Luxor Cars deal only in selling & purchasing of premium and exotic luxury cars. We do not offer our cars for rental or leasing purpose.

On A Special Request Can a Delivery Experience Be Enhanced, For Example: Mother’s Birthday or Gifting a Car to Father On His Retirement Date?

Can A Particular Car Be Arranged for Me? (Pre-Booking)?

We specialize in sourcing your dream car. If there is any specific model in your mind or a particular colour you would like, we can arrange them all. We’ll notify you as soon as we have that in our inventory our procurement team works on finding the exact products as per your specification and share the same with you. If you are satisfied with the options offered, we move forward with the other financials procedure.

Can We Test Drive the Cars, Before Finalizing It?

Yes, Luxor cars do offer test driving the car, before finalizing it. The test drive should typically be scheduled on a day you are relatively free and are at leisure.

How Much Time Does It Take To Get The Car Transferred?

Working in a diverse country like India where all the RTOs have a different set of documents and processes, we take a few days from the date of purchase to transfer the car in that particular state in your name.

Do The Cars Have a History of Any Accidental Records Or Meter Tampering?

We offer you a guarantee that all our cars are legally and physically genuine. We do not deal in cars which have a bad history or any legal issues. We offer you to even have the car checked with their respective brands for your complete satisfaction after the car is advanced.

Do Luxor Cars Own the Cars I See Online or Are They Owned by The Other Individuals / Dealers?

Luxor Cars owns every car we sell as we don’t work on the park and sell the facility. The complete stock which is listed on the website is 100% procured and will be physically available at our showrooms located in Pune, India.
